We have made the decision to go completely peat-free in our compost ranges and are now pleased to say all our growing media is peat-free. This is ahead of the 2024 peat ban which we support as part of our sustainability policy.

Specialist composts for all types of plants are available in the shop in small 10 litre bags for ease of carrying.

Outside we have a very comprehensive range of composts, improvers and mulches.

Melcourt, Dalefoot, and Levington are our preferred suppliers.

For that finishing touch we have soil conditioners, chipped and ornamental barks.
